Forwarding to the EU and Russia

Forwarding

What We Do

Since 2019 we have been arranging international road freight across Belarus, Russia, Poland, Germany, and Italy — turnkey and with transparent accountability. We take care of the full cycle: request analysis and vehicle selection, counterpart verification, negotiation of terms and rates, route planning with loading/unloading windows and checkpoint selection. We prepare and support documentation (contract, invoice/packing list, CMR, T1/transit), obtain vet/phytosanitary permits if needed, and coordinate insurance and customs clearance. En route we provide dispatch control, driver communication, 24/7 status updates, and fast incident resolution. After delivery you receive a complete closing document set and a trip report. One point of contact and predictable lead times: you focus on the business while we ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.

  • Preparing accompanying and permitting documents;
  • Designing an optimal route and adjusting it in case of force majeure;
  • Supervising labelling, loading, and unloading;
  • Monitoring at customs and border crossings;
  • Informing the carrier and the owner about status and timing;
  • Ensuring safety and cargo integrity along the entire route;
  • Issuing documents that confirm transfer of the cargo.
Why It Matters

Client Benefits

  • Safety. On-site decisions that protect your cargo.
  • Speed. Full visibility of the shipment and rapid response to changes.
  • Savings. Optimal routing and correct paperwork mean fewer delays and lower extra costs.
Documents

What May Be Required

Forwarding and preparing supporting documents require solid practical experience. For domestic shipments within Russia and the EAEU the document set is usually smaller, while for international shipments it is significantly broader. The actual list depends on cargo type, transport mode, shipment format, and other conditions. Still, there is a baseline set used in most deliveries.

  • Certificate of conformity;
  • Waybill;
  • Consignment note / transport waybill;
  • Invoice;
  • Packing list;
  • Safety data sheet;
  • Certificate of origin;
  • Sanitary certificate;
  • Export declaration;
  • Transit declaration;
  • Quality certificate;
  • Phytosanitary certificate.

The rights and obligations of the parties are set out in the carriage contract (price, timing, extra services, etc.).
